PLEASE be on time for your lessons.

Cancellation Policy: Your sign-up commitment is for a semester. If your schedule or desires change during the semester, we will do our best to work with you as we almost always have a wait-list for lessons. However, if we do not have a new student that can take your day and timeslot, you will be responsible for either completing the semester or paying for the missed lessons as your lesson commitment is for the semester.

Lesson Reschedules must be requested 10 business days (2 weeks) in advance to allow us and others an opportunity to adjust the Program Schedule and potentially refill your lesson slot. If your lesson slot cannot be refilled, your are fully responsible for it. There is a $15 administration fee for rescheduled lessons as it takes admin time to accomplish the task. Lessons cancelled by the student are to be paid for in full.

We teach rain or shine/ hot or cold/ in barn/arena or event center. When a student is sick, we reschedule IF the Program Schedule allows.

By signing up for our lesson program, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the above information when you commit to our semester prog
