Weekly Lessons are $65/hour when you commit to our semester program and pay at the beginning of the month in 1 payment for the entire month’s lessons. Lessons paid for weekly are $75/lesson. We use the Williamson County School calendar for holidays and snow days. We will not be open during the school holidays but may offer camps – watch Facebook and text messages for details.

PLEASE be on time for your lessons.

Cancellation Policy: Your sign-up commitment is for a semester. If your schedule or desires change during the semester, we will do our best to work with you as we almost always have a wait-list for lessons. However, if we do not have a new student that can take your day and timeslot, you will be responsible for either completing the semester or paying for the missed lessons as your lesson commitment is for the semester.

Lesson Reschedules must be requested 10 business days (2 weeks) in advance to allow us and others an opportunity to adjust the Program Schedule and potentially refill your lesson slot. If your lesson slot cannot be refilled, your are fully responsible for it. There is a $15 administration fee for rescheduled lessons as it takes admin time to accomplish the task. Lessons cancelled by the student are to be paid for in full.

We teach rain or shine/ hot or cold/ in barn/arena or event center. When a student is sick, we reschedule IF the Program Schedule allows.

By signing up for our lesson program, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the above information when you commit to our semester program.

“This weekend we visited Tap Root Farm with our girls for their Valentine’s Day present. We booked a horse experience for our oldest and brought our youngest along to watch, as she is normally afraid of all new experiences. Well Mrs. Susan immediately took both the girls under her wings. She boosted their self esteem. Reminded them to believe in themselves, and taught them tons of lessons about horses. If you are a mom of a shy child, anxious child, child with trauma, child with special needs, or just a child that wants to have fun, I cannot stress how great of an experience you will have here. My girls were both standing taller and feeling brave when it was over. It always make me get a little weepy when someone gets my kids, Mrs. Susan is definitely one of those people.”
